
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds If you;
- Simply change your mind, or
- Make a wrong decision
Within 7 days, on selected products*, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit only if;
- The goods are faulty
- The item is wrongly described
- The goods are different from the sample shown, or
- They do not do what they are supposed to.
After 7 days, faulty products will be sent for repairs to the suppliers nominated repair agent.
It is your (the buyer’s) responsibility to have the item returned to us. Item may be returned to any Strathfield car radio’s store Australia wide (proof of purchase required)
All Strathfield installations are covered by our lifetime warranty. Installation inspections by companies other than Strathfield may void this lifetime warranty. If you have a product in your car with a fault, we will only remove it if we installed it, once removed it will be sent for repairs.
* Our 7 days exchange period varies on some products, particularly mobile phones & accessories purchased under contract or pre paid. When exchanging goods, we need you to return all components, including packaging, instructions and accessories.
